General Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the bde3 platform and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

bde3 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform includes casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities.

Account Registration

Account Creation Rules

When creating an account on bde3, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bde3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• If irregular or suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal request may be held for review.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit when opening an account at bde3, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• The required wagers must be completed within the specified time limit for meeting the wagering requirement.

Other Promotions

bde3 may offer various promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be stated on the promotion page. Using the same promotion across multiple accounts is prohibited. bde3 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming & Betting Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games available on bde3 — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and others — are operated according to set rules. The rules for each game are described on that game's page.

• Game results are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet may be refunded.
• If you notice any discrepancy in a game result, please notify the support team immediately.
• bde3 reserves the right to review any account to ensure fair play.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All betting is conducted according to set rules and follows generally accepted industry standards. Bets are settled only after the official announcement of an event's result.

Fair Use Policy

bde3 operates a fair and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to win through any illegal or fraudulent method.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bde3's systems or security infrastructure.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.

If bde3 detects any suspicious activity, it reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take necessary action. Such decisions will be considered final.

Account Closure

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You should withdraw your balance before closing your account. If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met at the time of closure, that bonus will be cancelled.

Closure by bde3

bde3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in any of the following situations:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If false information is provided or evidence of identity fraud is found.
• If illegal activity or fraud is suspected.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

Balances earned through legitimate means will generally be returned; however, if fraudulent activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
